We want every homeowner who reaches Weaponsessay Roofing to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

• Your experience when calling or contacting Weaponsessay Roofing
• The way your personal information was handled
• Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
• The behavior of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and a provider that repeatedly falls short of our expectations may be removed. Please note that Weaponsessay Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@weaponsessay.world and include:

• Your name and a way to reach you
• The date you contacted us or the provider
• The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
• The provider's name, if you know it
• A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

After You Write

We will confirm receipt by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Afterward, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed providers, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
